John Lopez, CPA and Michelle Sainio, CPA join Chuck Fredrick, CPA and Sidny Zink, CPA as part of the ownership team of FZA.

John M. Lopez, CPA joins the team as a tax senior. With over 16 years of public accounting experience he has expertise in non profit organizations, common interest realty associations, and small businesses.

A graduate of FLC, Michelle joined the firm out of college in our audit department.

Jim tenderes his shares and starts his transition towards retirement.  We are thankful and lucky that Jim is still helping clients today!

Sidny K. Zink, becomes a shareholder in the P.C.

Sidny K. Zink, CPA joins the firm as a manager.

Hugins & Fredrick, PC was formed to operate the Durango office in tandem with the Cortez office.  Hugins & Fredrick, PC, and Hutchison & Coleman, LLP became the members of Hutchison, Hugins & Fredrick, LLC.

Chuck Fredrick started as a staff accountant with Jim in 1975.

Bill hired Jim Hugins in 1973, and Jim opened the Durango office the following year.

William Hutchison founded the firm in Cortez in 1957.  We continue to maintain informal ties with Hutchison & Coleman, LLP, who will always be a part of our history.
